Fees.—The fee of five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Maritime Board by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 1; and the Maritime Board shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
