Surrender of certificate.—Every registered priest who ceases to carry on the performance of marriage ceremonies shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every order of maintenance held by him has been disposed of.
