Surrender of certificate.—Every member who ceases to carry on membership of a society shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Seed Certification Agency in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
