Application for registration.—Every member carrying on membership of a society shall make an application for registration to the Seed Certification Agency in Form C, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
