Rule 4, Social Welfare Department (Additional District Social Welfare Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2017 [SAK-DRB]

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Additional District Social Welfare Officer in the Social Welfare Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh shall be fifty per cent. by direct recruitment and fifty per cent. by promotion; the age limit for direct recruits shall be thirty-five years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a Master's degree from a recognised University with two years' experience in the relevant field.
