Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a building near a defence work dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every notice of manoeuvres then held; and the Commanding Officer of the Unit shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
