Intimation of change.—Every owner of a building near a defence work shall intimate to the Commanding Officer of the Unit, in Form A and within three days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commanding Officer of the Unit shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
