Intimation of change.—Every unit shall intimate to the Authorised Officer, in Form SEZ-1 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authorised Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
