Application for registration.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall make an application for registration to the National Medical Commission in Form 20-B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every sample held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
