Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the listed company shall apply to the Government of Maharashtra in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of Maharashtra shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
