Surrender of certificate.—Every point of sales person who ceases to carry on the sale of insurance products at a point of sale shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-4 of the manner in which every register of policies held by him has been disposed of.
