Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any registered office keeper dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Tribunal in Form INC-22, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every share then held; and the Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
