Intimation of change.—Every registered office keeper shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form CHG-1 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
