Application for registration.—Every registered office keeper carrying on the keeping of a registered office shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form CHG-1, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of charges held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
