Periodical return.—Every auditor of a trust carrying on the audit of accounts of a trust shall furnish to the Registrar of Societies, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year, a return in Form E of every register received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for sixty days from the date on which it is furnished.
