Intimation of change.—Every person resident in India shall intimate to the Director General, in Form ANF-3A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
