Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a mining lease who ceases to carry on mining operations shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Punjab in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every stock of minerals held by him has been disposed of.
