Application for registration.—Every court typist carrying on the typing of pleadings for reward shall make an application for registration to the Registrar General in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every warrant held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
