Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the court typist shall apply to the Registrar General in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Registrar General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
