Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher of proactive disclosures who ceases to carry on the publication of proactive disclosures shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every certified copy held by him has been disposed of.
