Application for registration.—Every electronic commerce operator carrying on the operation of an electronic commerce platform shall make an application for registration to the Joint Commissioner in Form GST DRC-03, within twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every shipping bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
