Application for registration.—Every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every project held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
