Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the job worker shall apply to the Commissioner of Customs in Form GST APL-01 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Commissioner of Customs shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty days of the application.
