Surrender of certificate.—Every job worker who ceases to carry on the treatment or processing of goods belonging to another person shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Customs in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GST REG-01 of the manner in which every invoice held by him has been disposed of.
