Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water shall intimate to the Adjudicating Officer, in Form B and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Adjudicating Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees.
