Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of packaged drinking water shall apply to the Adjudicating Officer in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Adjudicating Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
