Application for registration.—Every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form C, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every trust held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
