Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any executive officer of a temple dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every inventory of jewels then held; and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
