Surrender of certificate.—Every executive officer of a temple who ceases to carry on the administration of a temple shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every trust property held by him has been disposed of.
