Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of a factory shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
