Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the running of a factory shall make an application for registration to the Registering Officer in Form VIII, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every wage slip held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
