Application for registration.—Every person residing in a prohibited area carrying on residence in a prohibited area shall make an application for registration to the Cantonment Board in Form C, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
