Application for registration.—Every electronic commerce operator carrying on the operation of an electronic commerce platform shall make an application for registration to the Principal Commissioner in Form GSTR-1, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every invoice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
