Intimation of change.—Every electronic commerce operator shall intimate to the Principal Commissioner, in Form GSTR-1 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
