Surrender of certificate.—Every copying agent who ceases to carry on the supply of certified copies shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Taxing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every court fee stamp held by him has been disposed of.
