Application for registration.—Every employer carrying on the employment of persons shall make an application for registration to the Standing Committee in Form 1, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every register of employees held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
