Rule 30, Goa Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2015 [SAH-94P]

Application for registration.—Every riparian owner carrying on the drawing of water from a river shall make an application for registration to the Dam Safety Authority in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
