Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any riparian owner dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Dam Safety Authority in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every tube well then held; and the Dam Safety Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
