Intimation of change.—Every employer of adolescents shall intimate to the Juvenile Justice Board, in Form VIII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
