Surrender of certificate.—Every adventure sports operator who ceases to carry on the conduct of adventure sports shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every competition held by him has been disposed of.
