Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the adventure sports operator shall apply to the Sports Authority in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Sports Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
