Surrender of certificate.—Every operator who ceases to carry on the operation of aircraft shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-7 of the manner in which every remotely piloted aircraft held by him has been disposed of.
