Fees.—The fee of twenty thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand six hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Appellate Board by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 27; and the Appellate Board shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within thirty days of its receipt.
