Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any trading licensee dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every tariff then held; and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
