Bye-law 9, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Forms of The trading of electricity) Bye-laws, 2015 [SAG-T7Y]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trading licensee shall apply to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
