Safe custody.—Every lessee of Government land shall keep every register of projects to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of Government land on lease is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every register of projects so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within forty-five days of the close of each year.
