Surrender of certificate.—Every commissioner appointed by the court who ceases to carry on the taking of evidence on commission shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Taxing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every deposition held by him has been disposed of.
