Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the holding of a Government guarantee is carried on, the particulars of every sanction order held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form GFR 21, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
