Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a competition who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a competition shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every competition held by him has been disposed of.
