Safe custody.—Every sponsor of a competition shall keep every certificate of recognition to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sponsoring of a competition is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every certificate of recognition so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Himachal Pradesh within sixty days of the close of each year.
